When I was at tirerack that day he was the one who told me I need a +41 offset to fit 265's on the 18x9 SSR comps.

Then I read from a SeedyROM post in search that Mike Kojima has +35 offset on his front wheels to fit 265s with no rubbing.

Now I read Scott's 18x9 wheels are +30 offset and he can squeeze in 275's.

I have no choice but to believe these offsets vary by manufacturer.

Meanwhile I have found a wheel (after VERY extensive searching) that weighs about the same as the SSR comp and Gramlights, and looks a ton better (to me), but I have NO IDEA what offset to specify.

Sucks. And I plan to import this wheel from Japan so test fitting is not really an option (and like I said I already have the tires).
